WOOTOLS NO SERVICE/NON EXISTING

I saw the power tool sale on facebook.I orderd electrical tools on there website(Wootols) 25 June 2018.

On there website there is a 14day delivery or shipping period. After numerous emails, I always recieve the same email" your package are being prepared for shipment". They responded three time up to date (8 Aug 2018) with the exact same email.

I have not yet recieved my tools. I believe this company is a ********** and they are sceamers *****ing from people.
