Wootech.co.za really bad experience with service

I purchased a product from wootech on Thursday 16th July. I am located just outside of Ballito in an area that get deliveries from all the courier companies all over South Africa. In fact we received 3 deliveries yesterday. I was told they cannot deliver to my town (Tongaat). I asked the person on the call tel number *** why they cannot check with the courier company as maybe they have picked up the address incorrectly. The person on the phone refulsed to this. While he did offer to refund I asked for him to check please again with the courier companies. But he would not even look at that option. I would like to chat to the owner but I don't find any owner details on the site. It just gives now all online business's a bad name unless it is a brand name. Just a really bad expeorience and the only thing they would do is refund me the money which I appreciate.
