Very poor after sales service

Admittedly, Wootech was quick to ship my mini-UPS after buying and paying online. Unfortunately my router turned out to be a 19v, which was not one of the 4 supported voltages the mini-ups could power. Wootech was happy to refund if I paid for the courier to return the product, which I did. It has been two months waiting for a refund. Promises over the phone that it will be paid, requesting bank details via email mail, but still no refund. Poor, poor service.
