Item incorrectly supp**** and replacement refused

I ordered a replacement laptop charger from Wootech. I searched for the exact specifications for my machine, there were two options for sale. I placed an order for the 90 degree angle small pin for my machine. Delivery was quick, but the incorrect size - a straight pin that is larger. I wrote to them was promised an answer within a few hours, two days later I had to phone them and I spoke to a very rude man who said I he cannot help it if I ordered the incorrect one, he told me I should have looked at the specs, not the picture. I rechecked the site and my order and the one I chose does have the correct pin specifications that match the picture and the one they sent me has different pictures and specs. I have screen shot proof and my order proof. He still refused to accept the error was Wootech's. He only agreed to collect the charger and refund me after I threatened to lodge a complaint in terms of the Consumer Protection Act. When I attempted to confirm the conversation and refund arrangements with them, they had blocked my email account. Wootech have a detailed return policy, but obviously are not prepared to honour what they state, or what is required in terms of law. We will see if Wootech are true to their word and I receive a refund.
