Don't buy products from Woood watches

I bought a wooden watch from a company called Woood watches in edenvale. It is expensive products as well.

Within 2 weeks the watch didn't work anymore. I tried to contact the company but they don't even have a telephone number.

So the clients have to send queries by email. This method is clearly not working because Woood watches only provide feedback after 2 weeks after enquiry.

I had to return the watch on my costs through courier because the clients are not allowed in their factory.

By the time of writing this post, the watch have been with them for 2 weeks and no feedback from the company. As said earlier, I can't even phone to find out what is going on

The products are ****, the service is even worse. Don't waste your time and money with Woood watches. You will be disappointed.

I hope people see this and won't support them.
