Zodwa - Bad attitude in woolworths customer care helpline

Woolworth's customer care is non existent. Zodwa at the woolworths customer care helpline as very rude and unhelpful. She doe not listen, just continues to talk above you. A very bad example for front line for Woolworths as well. She just drops the call in mid conversation. Woolworths account is blocked during the lock down although payments up to date.
