Zero for customer satisfaction

Such a useless place to shop. 10.30am and no grilled chickens. When will they be ready. 20 minutes time. Who Cares hey......Pathetic. Anyway off I go to the Spar, and they ALWAYS HAVE GRILLED CHICKENS. I am done wasting my time at this store. Useless. Never mind the queue each time you want to give them a second chance . I promise never to enter this store again.
