Zero customer service

Bought milk online. It arrived expired but the BB dates were incorrect. I sent pictures of the bottles to WW customer service and received a response asking for the receipt which i promptly sent back. 4 days later, i send follow up email to no avail. another 4days again i follow up. After 12 days i send a third follow up to no response. It has been over 18 days now and multiple attempts to make contact have failed. I feel like i threw my money away on a product that went straight into the bin
