Zero customer care

Clients of Woolworths stole my cellphone at Woolworths Ninapark, Pretoria North yesterday. They have the footage on CCTV, but refuse to give or show it to me as "it is against our policy". The ******* (man and woman very well-dressed with a loaded Woolworths trolley) took my brand new phone and may not be shown what they look like as Woolworths care more for the ********* than the traumatized victim.
