Zair from Woolworths Customer Service rude agent

This person from Woolworths Customer service that I spoke to was an absolute nightmare. He basically did nothing to assist me and cut the call mid-sentence and transferred me to another department without making an effort to assist. I didn’t have sufficient minutes to hold on the line and as I was in the middle of requesting he could have just asked them to contact me back. I was returning a missed call. Zair what an absolute nightmare. Horrific just ruined my entire day. How rude.
