Yvonne bad customer service, not friendly ignore you when you talk to her at Woolworths eastgate

I visited Woolworths was served at the till by Yvonne, the lady has zero customer service, she is sarcastic, has a bad attitude if you talk to her , she will look on the other side pretending as if u not talking to her, I bought 2 juices and matched the wrong pair on promotion, she wanted me to go change it till I stand and waited her to go collect the correct juice, even when you trying to create a friendly chat with her, she ignores you and doesn't reply, she only said to me , pls insert your card and gave me the slip and I left. Very sarcastic and not friendly to customers it was like I am an uninvited guest in her house.
