Your application is VERY USER UNFRIENDLY !!

Dear heavens !!! My password was reset, and I logged in to confirm the reset and change my password. BUT the application does not accept my password, BUT NEITHER does it give me an error message !!!!! This is SUPER frustrating!!!!! Phoned the help desk, and after 20 minutes I found out that the password may contain alphabetic and number values, and it must be 8-10 digits long. This I tried unsuccessfully. BUT I still have not managed to chang my password. Please fix your application to provide better user experiences, and also help me to change the password !!!!
