You Will Go Out of Business

I purchased some clothing online on 25 July 2021 - Order Number O*** - it was meant to be delivered latest yesterday 03 August 2021. The couriers arrived yesterday and could not find my parcel - they said that it must be on the "bigger truck" and that they would ensure that the bigger truck delivered to us shortly. I also spoke to Woolworths Customer Service who guaranteed me that I would receive my order and that they would phone me back.

I have still not received my order and nobody has phoned me. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting service.
