You have a star in your Rosebank Branch - Mr Xolani Mkhabela

I would like to bring this to your attention; this morning exactly 08h30 when you opened your store, I called the Trenery department and spoke to Xolani, there's a belt that I have been looking for it around Pretoria but could not find it, at last yesterday I was told that only Rosebank Branch has 2 on stock and I couldn't call because it was around your closing time.

I am ecstatic that Xolani went an extra mile to assist me and he found the very last belt in store and has kept it for me. I am super happy and would be coming to the store to buy it asap!

This is what we call Ubuntu and Customer Centric Service!!! Should you have a vacant position higher than his current post, please do not hesitate to give him a chance, he will always give a positive company image!
