Yogurt problems

I have sent this email 2 days ago to the Woolworth's customer Service email and still havent received any reply. Hope someone can help.

I have been buying ur 6 pack yogurts for a very long time which I love put in for my 2 year old for creche, to but recently on 2 different occasions the yogurt would swell and smell heavy like gas. The first time I thought its coz i had it more than a week in the fridge but again this week Ive experienced the same. Its very disappointing that it has happened again.

I will not be purchasing any of ur yogurts again until I received feedback.
