WW Suspending Store Card With No Notice

My WW store card has been blocked by WW Financial Services with no prior notice or communication to me. I was in a store over the weekend and felt embarrassed when my card declined in a shop full of other customers I have sufficient funds and was told it might be due to FICA requirements but I was not informed that my card is going to be suspended.
