WW staff pick and choose who to assist!

Good day,

I feel I need to complain after an incident at the abovementioned branch on Monday, 30 October 2019, as certain behaviors in this country is ignored, looked over and “talked away”. I cannot align myself with this.

I, and my family, have been an avid WW shoppers since I can remember.

On Tuesday afternoon I went into this store to purchase some items of which my last one was a camisole from the lingerie department. This department is set squarely between the tills and the customer service area. When I approached the lingerie area I saw there was a lot of client’s waiting to pay and as I had a meeting within the hour with a client I decided to use the customer care desk, as it was fairly “open”. This I observed and decided BEFORE I even selected my lingerie item.

I had my item and immediately headed to the Customer Care desk. I head the urgent pitter patter of feet behind me and heard a voice saying to the cashier in front of me don’t serve that customer first she has pushed in serve this lady first.

Although I arrived at the till first this lady, Anna, reached over me gave the other client’s card and the cashier proceeded to help this client while I’m standing RIGHT in front of the cashier with my goods on the counter!

I spoke to Anna about this she pleaded innocence and said she did not see me! I’m am 6’ tall, black hair, weigh 90kg’s I’m am not easy to “miss” at all!

I feel this was racial and if this is what WW staff pre-scribe to my days with WW, and everyone I can talk to and tell them what happened is OVER! And this goes for my friends of color to as they would be horrified at this behavior.

I will be posting this on other sites, people need to know that WW is not meant for ALL SA’s anymore.
