WW - no Delivery

No Delivery, No Call, No sms.

I recently ordered my food for my husband at the Woolworths online store. The order was placed 1 day beforehand. I was supposed to get my food between 2 - 5pm, I waited until 5:15 and no call, no sms, no food materalised, I called online Woolworths, who then said they, the Eastgate branch was short staffed, the assistant did not come to work. Come on now, Woolworths are making mega bucks from us, get your act together, or stop your online business. I have no problem with Checkers, PnP and other retailers with their online shopping, Up your game WW. Very disappointed, Im going to collect my goods together and Never order from you again. Disappointed!!!
