Woolworths Customer Service Complaint

My issue was logged by Woolworths under reference WW-149958-R8L1F4, as confirmed in the email I received. I lodged this complaint at the beginning of December 2025, and to date it remains unresolved.

Despite sending several emails and making multiple calls, I have not received a consistent response. Each time I contact the call centre, I am given a different explanation. This lack of clarity and resolution is deeply concerning, and I would appreciate a definitive update on the status of my complaint. I received an email on Sunday, 04 January stating that my complaint will be resolved in 2 days. I called them after 2 days as the query was not resolved yet and the call centre agent said the issue will be resolved by Friday. Today as I am posting this on HP (Hello Peter) the issue is still not resolved. What a **** service from the call centre agents!
