Wrongly handed over to Brooklyn atoneys by Woolworths

I was under debt review then I managed to remove my self and i stated paying my Woolworths account. Every time when I asked them how much do i still owe they said I must contact consumer friend Eventually I paid up th e last money on the first April To my surprise Woolworths handed me over to Brooklyn atoneys on the 13th of April When I ask them to give me th e statement they say I must have a prove and according to consumer friends i have paid up Please help Ever time when I call consumer friends they keep on saying they have changed their communication s****s so they will update with Woolworths from September 2018 till now
