WRONGFUL DECLINE

I app**** on line for a personal loan and i made a mistake , I ticked according to the CC AGENT , I AM under debt review, it was a mistake if I did surely you can run an ITC check i just bought a HOUSE do you really think they would borrow me money if i was under debt review. Please help me fix that status on your system -
