Wrong management in place of such a beautiful store

Woolworths is selling used bedding. What a DISGRACE. On top of all, the manager of Woolworths Somerset Mall does not take accountability and have a huge lack of Customer Service, bragging about her 18 years in retail but could not assist me at all. She was unwilling to take ownership and tried bribing me with flowers, should of that rather give me discount on new bedding. Sad story is paying R449 for a used stained slept on new fitted sheet !!!!! There were absolute no Customer service in the store she wasn't even in store on Friday when I returned the bedding. No one could really assisted me, waiting for more than 20 minutes to be assisted even phoned the store 3 times and the phone was put down in my ear. Sorry to say Woolworths but this beautiful store is being run down by the wrong manager. It shows clearly that there is a lack of customer service and all drops down from management to the staff, no willingness no apologies....sad sad story. Sad to see Woolworths as such a beautiful brand being run down like this.
