wrong feedback

a while ago I complained here about woolworths hillcrest who refused to credit me items that were factory faulty.<br> I later got a call from woolworths head office to tell me that they must refund me. I waited for hillcrest to call me which they never did until today I decided to go there a d find out what was happening. only to find out that the items were sent back from head office ages ago but they never bothered to call me. then the manager Michaela she refunded 2 items and gave me some excuse for not wanting to refund me the 3rd item. I am so mad at this service. I want my refund like now.
