Wrong advice

I was at Woolworths Bethlehem and I was looking for men's golfer(XXL) they didn't have it in store then there was a staff member that advised me that if I order it online and request that they deliver it to their store then I will pick it up there. I tried order it online however it doesn't give me correct option for delivery then I called the customer care line and that lady on receiving end told me that they do not do deliveries to the stores whereas I was told that deliveries are made to the stores. Other than that I'm happy with the service I always get at Woolworths and their friendly staff.
