Written off account

Good day, my Andre boshoff and am having an account with Woolworths which is a prescribed account and my attorney did sent them mails and till today they haven't got back to us,we need assistance please cause they doing is on purpose. If they can't help us we will not have any other choice but to refer this matter to the ombudsman.
