WRewards vouchers not being issued as promised

Woolworths offers a birthday voucher to VIP customers. I'm now a month later still chasing this despite having 2 consultants assure me it was being handled by the marketing department. Why lie to your customers? Why offer stuff you're not going to provide? Not good enough Woolworths
