Wowed by Woolworths

I had such a wonderful experience at Woolworth Hillcrest (Lillies Centre) yesterday at the hands of one of the managers yesterday, I think her name was Petronella. Shortly after being informed of the issue she promptly addressed the matter with the finesse and grace of a pro. Her heart for customer service was very evident and I left her store feeling heard and like woolworths is all about spreading the love. A big thank you once again, and I hope you guys at the top pay the love forward to Petronella and her team!
