wow great after sale service

I bought a box of 6 mini solo ice cream bars from the Woolworths food store in Palmyra Road Claremont on the 20/08/2015. When I got home and opened the box there was only four icecream bars in the box. As I dont live close to the store i decided to report this to the customer care department the next day as it was not convenient to return to the store. I phoned the customer care the next day 21/08/2015 was given a ref no and that was that - no feed back. I phoned back a week later and was assured that the matter was being attended to. It is now another 2 weeks and still no feed back. Wonderful service Woolworths!!!
