wow great after sale service

I purchased a box of ice cream bars from Palmyra road Woolworths food store on 20/08/2015. When I got home when I got home I found that there was only four ice cream bars in the box not six as there should be. Because the store was on my way home and not close by I decided to report this the next day to the customer care department. i phoned on the 21/08/2015 was given a reference no and the person that dealt with my query said that it will be attended to. I phoned again after a week as I had not heard back from Woolworths. I was assured that Woolworths will attend to my complaint but now another 2 weeks later I have still not heard anything from them. Great after sales service Woolies!!!!!
