<p>i have to take my hat off to Thando the TL at customer care, he really restored my faith.</p> <p>my card was suppose to be delivered withing 10-15 working days and it went over that turn around time.</p> <p>thando took responsibility and hand delivered my card after he promised that it would be by me by tuestday , i have never ever seen such excellent customer service in my life thank u so so much thandi.</p> <p>woolworths you really have a star worker</p> <p>if you have trouble finding this person please check on my id no ********** 126085 on your call logging on the system to see the name of the TL that was so kind</p>
