Wosrt service ever recevied

Woolworths is the worst financial service by far. Firstly they could help me with an application sending me from pillar to post. this is for their benifit gaining a customer but they seem to not care!. Now evenually i got my store card open by the store which are much more helpful, i did not recceive my vouchers for opening my account. i call woolworths again put on hold for 5min after been on the call for 20mins,only for them to drop the call. this is the most frasrating Call center ever. they dont know what they are doing. woolworths wake up!
