WORTHLESS WOOLWORTHS

I have never ever expected Woolworths to have such pathetic customer service EVER. My late mom had an account at Woolworths and had passed away on 3 Sept 2015. We have sent in the claim forms and I sent a request letter 2 weeks ago and numerous follow up emails and NO ONE rep****. I then phone and lady said she will get the manager of the Deceased Estate department to phone me. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THAT PHONE CALL. It's been TWO WEEKS and I have not ONCE received any feedback from them. This is PATHETIC!!!!
