Worthless reward vouchers

So I live in a small town and there are no Woolworths coffee shops anywhere close to us. I receive two free coffees each month but cannot redeem it. So I write to Woolworths to ask about this - as I feel it is unfair to clients not living close to their stores that have coffee shops. Their response: "We regret that the vouchers may only be utilised for Hot beverages and is valid for approximately three months." And then they attach the terms and conditions of the vouchers for me....?

Did they even read my email? I simply asked a valid question on behalf of all other customers in the similar situation. But evidently we are too few and the terms and conditions shall prevail - and all my free vouchers are worthless... No attempt to assist me or find alternative solutions... You only get thrown the T's and C's in your face.
