Worst Woolworths in SA

At Fourways Mall branch this morning. Oh wow. The stores used to be a flag ship and now it is like a bomb has gone off inside. All trolleys COVERED in builders dust. Not one clean. Spaghetti has fallen in an aisle and no cleaned it up - no cleaners visible. I told a staff member who apologized and yet 15 minutes later it was still all over the floor. When paying the till didn’t have a working display and so when I checked my bill the operator had charged me twice for same item. I then had to go to customer services for a refund? This is usually always done at the point of sale and so this procedure took 15 minutes to get R18 back! They also had a HUGE adverti*****t board for the get large packets of vegetables for R125. I asked a member of staff where the vegetables were that was being advertised and told that they haven’t got any. So why put up a huge adverti*****t board? This store has really shocked me that standards have slipped so low - it cannot be blamed on building work outside. This is Woolworths poor management.
