Worst waiter and service

Me, my girlfriend and two friends went for lunch last week Friday, we ordered drinks and the waiter asked everyone if we had it before and if we are sure we want it, if I am ordering I am pretty sure I want it don't question me. Second the one that girl ordered a wrap and he asked of she is sure she will be able to finish it, a bit personal if you ask me. When we got our bill there was an extra bacon charged, we questioned it and he was angry and said the girl ordered it, she went to work so we couldn't confirm and paid it later we found out she never ordered it. When we paid they had issues about how we are paying and the waiter through an attitude because he believed his tip was not enough. How do you do service like that.
