Worst Turkey Ever!!!

I usually buy your Marks & Spencer Christmas turkey every year but could not find that brand in your store. I was forced to opt for a local turkey. It's the worst turkey I have ever bought! Firstly it was badly bruised, had loads of feathers around the drumsticks. It had been hacked not properly prepared. I battled to sew the skin together in order to stuff the turkey. The worst part was that it was dry and tasteless even though I prepared it exactly as I have been doing all my life. What a disappointment!!! At least the Woolies gammon saved the day. Please don't stop importing the M&S turkeys. The local ones are dreadful! (This is copied from the mail sent to Woolworths on 26 Dec along with photographs. They said that they would get back to me...still waiting!) Last I heard from Woolworths was this reply on 28 Dec...We have raised this with our foods team. They will be in touch. Your reference is ***. Not happy!!! Not what I would expect from Woolworths!
