Worst Shopping Experience for Any Pregnant Lady!

Woolworths Southgate Mall's management and staff are really ***********, I say this as the retailer's selling point is superior customer service, which is why we choose to support them, but I recently had the worst customer service experience. While I was heavily pregnant I was made to wait in a long queue by the cashier (Mahlamvu), having told her I was not feeling well. Apparently there is no special treatment for pregnant women, and that is Woolworths policy, consulting the store manager didn't help either as I was referred to the customer services department, which failed to take any action. I have been a loyal Woolworths credit customer for more than 16 years and recently the customer service in most Woolworths Johannesburg branches is going down the drain, and its' getting worse by the day.
