Worst shopping experience ever!!!

Shopping has become a complete nightmare at Woolworths Kerk Street. I did my groceries there last month and this month but the elevator is still not working. I understand that we are currently under lockdown but, atleast a little assistance from the staff/manager/supervisor would've been nice,BUT NOTHING! Staff just walked past without an ounce of acknowledgement. Now I had to struggle my way up the escalator putting bags one by one unattended just so I could get to the upper level to exit the store. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
