Worst Servise at Woolworth Vangate Mall by the manager (Shannon)

So yesterday my wife bought my baby girl who is a year and 5 months a pair of shoes, my little one was not with her so she just took a size that she thought would fit.

When getting home the shoe did not fit so today we wanted to exchange it for a bigger size, then the manager told us because it was worn before, where the shoes does not even fit my little one worst customer service ever from Woolworths Vangate mall i will never do any of my shopping again at woolworths the manager name is Shannon i will never shop at any woolworths again because of this lady service
