Worst service with arrogant call centre to boot!

I bought an eye cream from Woolworths online. They deliver a jar that was practically empty! I contacted the company, sent pictures. They collected the item from me, and then... Nothing. No feedback, no refund! I called Woolworths and they first had no idea what I was referring to, then they said they will contact the courier company. So no answers. The guy was so arrogant and ended up keeping me on the line for over 15 minutes! Worst service in South Africa!
