Worst service from W/Worths Call Centre's to close accounts

I went on pension and wanted to close my personal loan, store card and c/card with Woolworths. Worst nightmare ever!! I received a settlement on my personal loan on the 2nd of October and I credited the a/c same day. After 2 weeks the loan is still not closed after numerous calls. The same with the store card! Today I went to our local store and asked them to help me. Unfortunately once again they had to call the call centre, they can't do it in the store.

It is so easy to open an account with them but to close an account is ******. Hopefully never again will I open an account with Woolworths!
