Worst service from woolworths

I am so mad,i app**** for woolworths store card online they called me and i give them all my info even the bank statement,after few hours they sent me a message to say i should go to the nearest woolworths to collect my card only to find that when i got there i am being told you are not approved,i wasted my money for transport and my time also
