Worst service form woolworths stores and the customer complaints division

This is the worst entity ever, poor customer service from the stores and from their complaints department. I recently experienced poor customer service from a store, wrote to the customer complaints division a couple of days ago. To date, I have not received any response from them. The do not care. I tried reaching out to them on face book, via direct messaging. It seems like they do not care.
