Worst service for online shopping

I have done online purchased on the 12 April 2022 and my order was delivered on the 13 which was next day. Everything was mixed together washing powder and sweets and nuts in one container no plastics or anything. The worse one was I have also ordered some chicken and also there was no packaging and blood was dripping from that. Am really angry and disappointed with this kind of service.
