WORST SERVICE EVER FROM WOOLWORTS

I have been requesting to close my account for two weeks now, everyday I call to check if it is closed, I am told they will request it to be closed. Does it takes ages to close an account, is it now difficult because I am taking away business hence when you are opening is easy. I am just enough of the bad service from Woolworths,
