WORST SERVICE EVER FROM WOOLWORTHS ONLINE!!!!

Ordered flowers on on the 30th November for my moms birthday today 03 Dec 18 and was advised delivery should be between 10am to 12h50 today....till now nothing!!!had to call her to wait for it as she knocks off work at 13h00 hence this was meant to be a surprise for her birthday... Called the woolworths online at 13h00 and been holding for 20min whilst the lady is trying to contact the driver but then she DROPPED my call, i then called back immediately and spoke to Buyiswa whom placed me on hold also for over 20min trying to call the driver and advised me none of the drivers are anwering and neede to call the store...she then said she will call be back in 15 minutes and still passed that 15 minutes she didnt call......What does it take for me to get my order which i already paid for in time after all her birthday is TODAY!!!!

NOW I HAVE TO WAIT TILL 6PM TO GET MY MOTHERS ROSES AND THATS IF ITS GETS DELIVERED....I COULDVE BOUGHT FLOWERS MYSELF IF I WANTED TO TAKE IT HOME....WORST WORST SERVICE EVER
