Worst service ever

They claimed to have sold my count to Nimble, but the said account is still open and active on my credit report which means I owe them twice the amount. I send an email to their complaints department they insisted on me sending them my credit report because they couldn’t do anything without it. It’s now going to two months since they’ve asked for me to give them 3 days for feedback.
