Worst Service ever

Never was I expected to find myself in this situation. Went to buy on my store card. Sorry my card s blocked. Not missing payments and showing available balance but card blocked. Store full of people I look like a fool. My card needs to be fica. What the hell?. Why cant you have mailed me No!!!. First make a fool of me. This is not acceptable at all. After how many years. Giving me the lowest of all credit since I started. I am not happy at all.
