Worst service ever
Worst delivery service I placed my order using Dash,waited for their rediculous waiting time only for my order to be cancelled and when I called the call centre was told that I have to either go myself to the store to collect the items or wait for a refund that will take 3_5 days .I absolutely hated this interaction

05 Oct 2024, 12:09In addition to the above appalling experience the agent who rudely responded to me put me on hold for over 40minutes and dropped the phone,then went on to process the refund without getting any authority from me
