Worst service ever!!!

I am very much disappointed and disgusted in your service of your financial services. I app**** for my credit card, which was first approved then after following up on numerous phone calls which was more than 3days I'm told that it's declined. Now someone needs to take accountability for this pathetic service of yours as I need my credit card urgently!
